We've now emerged almost entirely from Lockdown, and life is starting to feel normal. We've had a mini break, met friends, eaten in restaurants and restarted our visits to heritage site. This new normal feels quite fragile and a little strange. So books and reading are still very important, and helping me to get through these very strange times.
This month's reading has included a couple of new Cosy Crime authors as well as some old favourites. I've rediscovered E M Forster, as well as reading a rather weighty tome on the Anglo Saxons (one of my favourite eras of history). All in all, a very diverse and satisfying month's reading.
