Strictly 2022

After missing a year (due to Covid, of course) the Strictly Come Dancing tour has resumed for 2022. And, as is now a firm tradition, we had a great afternoon in Manchester with Sarah and her lovely family.

We were doubly fortunate because this week the regulations were relaxed which meant that we didn't have to sit for two hours with masks on. And it's just as well as the ladies were definitely breathless on a few occasions.

We first went to Strictly in 2015 and we always say that it gives us some much-needed bright lights during the darkest month - and this year our need was greater than ever. We emerged from Manchester's Arena with huge smiles on our faces before heading off for an upmarket Italian meal in San Carlo, along with some 'footballer spotting'. Someone thought they spotted Marcus Rashford, but it was a false alarm!
