Last weekend we spent the morning at Hutton-in-the-Forest where there was a plant fair in the grounds of the historic house. The house, built around its medieval pele tower, is a beautiful setting for outdoor events and we usually visit the autumn PotFest - but this was our first plant fair.
The day was lovely, the weather was sunny but fresh, and we returned home with some unusual herbs to pop in the kitchen garden.
