On another lovely summer evening, we found ourselves at the Aspinal Arms in Great Mitton, near Clitheroe. As the Sun slowly set we enjoyed good food and drink on the banks of the River Ribble, overlooked by Great Mitton Hall (built in 1380) and All Hallows Church (1270).
