So, we were somewhat trepidatious, but we needn't have been. What an amazing performance. It was so good that we forgot it was an amateur production!
The scenery and costumes were beautiful, and the acting, singing and dancing were outstanding. I'm not usually keen on Disney musical theatre, but this was wonderful and I came away humming many of the tunes.
We were all totally swept away by the performance, I had tears in my eyes at the end, as did many of our party.
Sometimes, it's really good to step outside your comfort zone and do something different. This was definitely one of those occasions.
