L M Montgomery loved the autumn more than any other season, and she writes so beautifully of the joys of this gorgeous season. We all know and love Anne Shirley's "I'm so glad I live in a world where there are Octobers," but this quote from Jane of Lantern Hill is much less well known, but just as evocative of this most lovely of seasons.
