Last week we enjoyed our third and final performance of A Christmas Carol at the Old Laundry Theatre in Bowness-on-Windermere.
For our final performance we enjoyed Dyad Productions delivering a spectacular adaptation of this festive novel. Dyad Productions took inspiration from Charles Dickens original performances of his own work, and they brought the story to life through the brilliant narrator of the novel and their inimitable solo style.
We were riveted by the story and the delivery. I have so much enjoyed all versions of this wonderful novel, each one has been very different, but all wonderful in their own way. Dyad's adaptation was thrilling and very moving. Watching Ebenezeer Scrooge's journey to redemption is always moving
Christmas doesn't feel like Christmas without a production of A Christmas Carol, so three adaptations have made me feel extremely festive!
