With Chinese New Year only a week away we made a trip to Manchester and its China Town. There were Chinese lanterns everywhere and, as a bonus, we topped up our stock of oriental food. We visited Hang Won Hong supermarket which stocks food from across Asia. We bought Chinese, Korean, Japanese and Malaysian items, as well as an amazing selection of fresh mushrooms - so many different, unusual types.
