After the extreme winds of Storm Éowyn had died down, we wanted to get out and stretch our legs. So a trip to Wray Castle hit the spot. The weather was glorious and we could hardly believe that 24 hours earlier we were sat at home, wondering if our roof was going to come off!
On our way back we stopped at the southern end of Windermere for the lovely view.
