It’s still firmly Winter but today has a lovely ‘Spring is on the way’ feel to it. We headed off to Coniston, Brantwood and Ambleside.
We spotted several signs of life throughout the day. Snowdrops, crocus and celandines were all on show.
The weather was cold, but quite bright. The days are noticeably longer. And nature is responding to all of this with some bright colours emerging.
